I received this DVD as a Christmas gift, what a great idea for a fitness video. Anyone who follows this routine will get a better body, get stronger and build muscle. It's better than 3 hours in the gym, and only took me 30 minutes to complete. Even better, there are 2 different segments, so you can alternate the two routines, depending on whether you prefer an easier or harder workout.

They filmed this in a NYC firehouse, which made it more realistic, and the 2 male instructors are real NYC firefighters, who perform the routine with 2 female fitness experts. This is a fun, quick, serious workout for anyone who really wants to get in shape, lose weight, and not waste their time with any of the other less serious videos out there, starring a "perky" aerobic queen.

This is also the only exersize video that my husband has ever liked to do, so it's also good for men.
