Fresh Tomato Salsa

  • 3 medium red, ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 c chopped raw onion
  • 1 T finely chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 3 T fresh limejuice
  • 2 T fresh, chopped cilantro
  • 1 t finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 t salt

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl and chill.
Makes approximately 3 1/2 cups of salsa.
